Gotta say i’m amazed you guys don’t get more comments. Having this blog is a great proactive way to build fan base and show appreciation for those that support you. Love the insight into the band and other recommendations of artists. I enjoyed justin’s blog on his favorite drummers, and was wondering if both john and gabriel could write something similar on their influences and favorites when you get some time. My last request is a hefty one, I don’t know how you guys feel about covers, but I just wanted to throw out an idea for you to kick around. About a year ago I stumbled across a fingerstyle guitarist that blew my mind much like when I found CTS. There are many talented musicians who play in this style scattered throughout youtube, and while I was always impressed at the technical mastery, personally much of it seemed to lack the emotion or soul that makes music most appealing and powerful for me. Then I found Erik Mongrain, I may be preaching to the choir here, but if by chance this guitarist had slipped through the CTS radar, check him out. Anyway my idea was to take a peice of music, written and performed by a single musician and instrument, that had enough depth to be translated into a piece performed by a band(namely the highly talented musicians of CTS). Here are a couple of my favorites,

Anyway, just a thought and personal musical fantasy, keep it up, I have a feeling CTS won’t be the best kept secret in underground music for long, See you in Pittsburgh
And you do not know, how it is possible to find the author and to talk to it concerning this information. Someone can knows it ICQ?
