Consider The Source is happy to welcome you all to our new center for sharing our music, our experiences, our unique musical styles, our incorporation of many world influences, and more!
With a diverse array of teaching experience, Consider The Source offers group classes to all age and experience levels. Classes cover a range of topics such as writing and performing in odd time signatures, using eastern rhythms in a western context, using eastern ornamentation, maintaining effective practice routines, and more.
Classes are rounded out with live performances illustrating many points covered during the class, followed by an interactive Q&A where students are able to have specific questions answered in an open forum.
Clinics are specific to each instrument, and available from each member of Consider The Source. Perfect for music stores, conventions, schools and more, clinics focus on developing individual techniques, stamina, practice routines, composition, stage presence, etc.
All members of Consider The Source are available for private in-person lessons in the greater NYC area, or locally in your area when possible based on availability and touring schedule.
Lessons are also available via Skype around the globe!
